Wire Drawing
Copper wire is reduced to the desired diameter and properties by repeated drawing through progressively smaller dies. After a number of passes the wire may be annealed to facilitate more drawing or, if it is a finished product, to maximise ductility and conductivity.

Wire Stranding

Stranded wire is more flexible than solid wire of the same total cross-section area. For all applications of stranded wires in our company, 7 strands of wires are braided together: one in the middle, 6 surrounding it.

Cable Extrusion
The PTC or insulation material are receipted from the intake of extruder, while the wires are fed through a pipe. The polymer is entered on the side of this pipe and covers the wires. The extruded wires are cooled by a water bath and then wound up. They are often sent to braiding station where the grounding and shielding is braided around the insulation. With another extrusion step for the outer jacket, the cable is completed.

Braiding
Automatic high speed braiding machines work by a circular weaving process with constant angle and tension of supply lines to create uniform cable braiding, which is used as earthing and for shielding electro-magnetic field.

Injection molding
Injection molding utilizes a ram or screw-type plunger to force molten plastic material into a mold cavity, where the materials cools and hardens to the shape of the cavity. This is a complex technology with possible production problems caused by defects in the molds or the molding process itself. Our experienced technicians hold the keys to the success of troubleshooting.
